Ownership and Management

As a previous renter, many times it was difficult to find a home I could afford that was in "good condition", in a "good location", or where management "cared" if I had concerns or even needed repairs in the home.  It was hard finding a place that wasn't crowded or where crime wasn't prevalent, hard finding a space my child could run and play... But now as the new owner, I'm making it my mission to provide quality, affordable housing at Windhaven Park. And I'm so thankful to have Phoenix Management as part of the family and a very strong part of this commitment.

Our goal, as property managers, is to take care of the needs of the property and residents, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.  The most rewarding aspect of our job is to hear good things, the positive feedback from our residents and others about Windhaven, and to know they are excited seeing the ongoing commitment to our mission.
